The REPORT CARDS SHOULD ARRIVE AT YOUR HOME ON TUESDAY, MAY 22 IN THE MAIL. WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE DELAY BUT THE PROMOTION FOR STUDENTS IN SOME GRADES IS DEPENDENT UPON THESE TEST SCORES.

DELAYED REPORT CARDS
This Week at NWHS - final edition 2011-12
1. This week at NWHS:
a. Monday, 5/14/12 – 1st, 3rd, and 5th hour exams
b. Tuesday, 5/15/16 – 4th, 6th, and 7th hour exams
c. Wednesday, 5/16/12 – 8:15 Awards Assembly for grades 9-11; 10:30 2nd Hour Exams, After Lunch, Make-up exams – STUDENTS LAST DAY OF SCHOOL!!!
2. Parents are invited to our awards assembly on Wednesday at 8:15. It will be a very informal time for students to receive class, club, organization, honor roll awards, etc.
3. Please make sure your student brings back all their textbooks this week including any take-home books they might have. This includes library books.
4. All student debts should be paid by Wednesday. We will hold report cards of those who owe. This includes school fees, club fees, library fines, books, cafeteria money, etc. We must collect our outstanding debts.
5. Students have classes planed all day Monday and Tuesday and until lunch on Wednesday. Contrary to what they might tell you they are expected to be at school!!!

a. Thursday, May 10 – Graduation, 7:00 PM
2. I thought the Senior Honors Ceremony and Junior Ring Ceremony both went really well Friday. Thanks to all that helped.
3. Final tests will be given next Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. The school-wide awards assembly will be next Wednesday as well.
4. Next Wednesday, May 16, is also the students’ last day.

3.Some of our students have evidentially forgotten we have a dress code at NWHS. T-shirts are NOT allowed Monday through Thursday. Friday, students may wear a school spirit T-shirt or polo. Jeans are only allowed on specified “Jean Days.”
